Served by Adam, lovely chap who helped me out to find the perfect suit for my sister's wedding. Adjustments were perfect no troubles at all. Great budget suit, shoe and accessories shop with friendly staff, avoid the Famous on the prom.

Attentive service to my husband's formal attire needs. Member of staff went out of his way to make sure stock would be made available for our return visit, and a measuring session would be done. Could not ask for more. Huge thanks to Tom who was our first point of contact, and also branch manager Jim for absolute professionalism, a superb service and attention to detail. Will definitely return for more custom for my husband's formalwear needs.

My partner needed a suit for a funeral and because of his size were finding it difficult. We asked a man who happened to be the manager who measured my partner and swiftly helped us find the correct sizes, he was really knowledgeable and explained which styles would suit him and which wouldn't. All round impeccable service for a busy store day. Definitely recommend.

Really happy with the service from Slaters - Staff are really great. I got a really nice suit for a wedding and received lots of compliments. Well priced and lots of choice. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Failed to measure my partner correctly leaving him with trousers 10 inches too big for him and a jacket built for a different man. Never seen such a hideous suit or service. A £300 suit and a £130 suit off the shelf fit better from M&S. Arrogant staff who thinks their eyes are better than a tape measure, our suit wasnt even altered and no attempts to apologise or rectify the situation. Would rather him wear a primark suit than the oversized tat we were fitted with here. (Cheltenham)

Always brilliant. The staff are experts which makes choosing a suit and getting the right sizes absolutely easy and stress free. They also have all the extras, shoes, pocket squares, shirts ties etc very reasonably priced. Don't worry If you're not familiar with formal wear. It certainly doesn't bother the staff and they won't judge you or be snooty with you. They're just very friendly and helpful. Today we were in and out in no time, full suit, dress shirt, waistcoat and bow tie , plus all alterations all being done without fuss (turning up trousers). Forget department stores or fashion stores, they just don't have the range or choice that Slaters can offer, and Slaters prices are better too whilst still good quality. Came in for a dinner suit today but have also bought a regular suit and hired wedding attire. Always utterly reliable, trustworthy, get everything done on time. Love it.
